Missouri quarterback Blaine Gabbert was named Big XII Offensive Player of the Week after leading the Tigers in a 37-9 victory over Illinois.
Gabbert completed 25-33 passes for 319 yards and three touchdowns on Saturday. He also rushed for 39 yards and a fourth touchdown to complete his first career start for Missouri.
Both Brad Smith and Chase Daniel also won this award in their debut's for the Tigers. Smith threw for 152 yards and rushed for 138 against Illinois while Daniel passed for 320 yards and 5 touchdowns while beating Murray State.
