Sasser Speaks About Mizzou Visit

Texas WR commit talks about his visit and becoming a Missouri Tiger

Denton,TX, Ryan WR Bud Sasser talked to ShowMeMizzou.com about his official visit and commitment to Missouri on his way back home to Texas on Sunday.

Sasser talked about the the visit and how the decision to become a Tiger was an easy one to make.

" I knew before my trip that I wanted to play at Missouri." said Sasser. "Getting there and seeing the place was all I needed, so when I got my chance to talk to Coach Pinkel I committed to him."

Bud talked about arriving on Friday night and having dinner, and then going out with Tiger players and recruits. He said that he enjoyed his time with the other recruits on his visit and the time spent with his host, Kenji Jackson.

" Kenji was my host. He was a a really good guy. I also hung around and got to know EJ Gaines, Keeston Terry and Marcus Lucas pretty well. They were all cool guys."

When asked what stood out to him the most about his visit Bud talked about the feeling he got from everyone he met associated with the school and program.

"Everyone was just so down to earth and friendly. I really liked that. Even the academics people. It was just a good feeling. I also liked how they had an indoor practice facility. It was cold out."

Sasser is looking forward to playing in the Tiger offense and talked about where he saw him self coming into the program.

" I have talked to the coaches and we have talked about me coming in and playing the X-receiver position."
