One Team On Top For Wall

Texas lineman shares his thoughts on Missouri visit and where the Tigers rank

Halfway through a tour of his four favorite schools, 2011 OL Carter Wall 6'5" 260 5.1 Sugarland (TX) Travis took time to visit with ShowMeMizzou to talk about his Missouri visit, and where things stand with his recruitment.

Wall visited Kansas on Monday, and then Missouri on Wednesday. He's planning to visit Colorado State on Friday, and SMU on Sunday, before returning home to make a decision on which school he will attend. He hopes to make a decision sometime next week.

"My visit went great!" said Wall, of his Missouri visit. "(Faurot Field) was pretty cool man, I'm not going to lie. The whole football complex, the weight room, and the locker room, was nice, definitely top of the line."

"I really like Missouri," Wall continued.

Wall said that he wasn't previously aware that Missouri has two offensive line coaches, saying that he wasn't sure what to think about that. He talked about the versatility of some of Missouri's linemen, and intimated that versatility may be one of his biggest assets. He liked the idea that being versatile might improve his chances of getting on the field.

I asked Wall if Missouri was still on top of his list. He replied, "Yes sir............... As of right now, Missouri's my number one choice."

"I want to see Colorado State first," continued Wall. "And, I want to see SMU again, to refresh my memory."

ShowMeMizzou will continue to follow Carter Wall's recruitment.
