Hun School honored their students with a ceremony on National Signing Day. Their to support Majeed were his mother, father, brother, head coach David Dudek, the school's athletic director, William Quirk Jr., and the headmaster, Jonathan Brougham.
"I think it was one of the greatest moments of my life," he said of the day. "It was unreal. This has been something I've been dreaming about ever since I was a little kid. I can't wait to play football at the next level and show my ability. The staff likes me at defensive back, but specifically cornerback. My recruiter was Coach Judge. I sent him a message right after I signed the papers."
Majeed was a two-year starter for the Hun Raiders. As a senior he was a co-captain and was named first team All-New Jersey Prep. He also competed in lacrosse and indoor track. He said in the off-season he's working out with a speed trainer. An excellent student at the Garden State boarding school, Majeed reports a 3.8 GPA. He'll report to NAPS this summer after graduation.
