3-star Texas WR Judah Bell commits to Navy

Navy picked up an outstanding wide receiver commit on Sunday evening when 3-star Scout.com prospect Judah Bell announced he would wear the blue and gold.

Judah Bell caught 68 passes for 1,350 yards and 16 touchdowns as a junior while earning All-State, All-District honors.

What did Bell find attractive in Navy?

"I know it's a really prestigious academic school,"said Judah.  "It's one of the best educations I can get. They have a really good football program... I think over the past decade Navy has over 100 wins."

The 6-foot-3, 200-pound star said that the end it was the Navy coaching staff that really set the academy apart from the other schools.

Judah hasn't visited Navy yet but plans to visit as soon as possible.

The Bishop Gorman (TX) star, who reminds some of Andre Dawson, had a slew of offers including from Memphis, Houston, Kansas, Wyoming, SMU, North Texas and many others.
