Hayes has upcoming visits

Cincinnati (Ohio) Moeller is off to a great start, 4-0, and Jesse Hayes is a big part of that success. Hayes has led an impressive defense for Moeller which just had a big win over a team that historically has given them issues. Jesse Hayes' mother brought us up to speed on the season and recruiting.

Jesse Hayes, a 6-foot-4 and 230-pound defensive end from Cincinnati (Ohio) Moeller, is on a crazy schedule. He's up at 4:00 in the morning and not getting back until 7:00 at night on some nights.

"He's already asleep," Mrs. Hayes said. "He has a very busy schedule right now. He has to get up at 4:00 in the morning for football and didn't get home until 7:00 tonight."

Moeller is off to a perfect start so far through four games with some very big wins already to their credit. This past weekend was a very big one against a team that can give Moeller fits at times.

"They are doing excellent and Jesse is doing good. We played St. Xavier who sometimes we struggle with that particular team and we beat them. We are 4-0 right now."

There are three visits set up for Hayes over the next month or so. Mrs. Hayes says that things are going to be a little hectic, but she gets the feeling that Jesse might be getting a little antsy with the process and a decision.

"Visits are going to start up. He is going to Oregon this weekend. After that we goes to Wisconsin and then to Nebraska for the Texas visit. He's looking forward to his trips.

"We are ready to go on the visits, but we're busy; a little too busy. We have tried to talk to him about taking some time between, but we think that he's getting antsy about this. This has been going on since his junior year."
