Set to see Nebraska

This weekend in Lincoln is going to be big enough with hosting Missouri, but the Huskers will also be hosting some very nice recruits as well. A duo of recruits will be in town from Klein (Texas) Collins, one is already committed to Nebraska and the other has Nebraska on his short list of favorites, and their head coach confirmed tonight that both will be in Lincoln this weekend.

A big weekend on the field will be matched by a big weekend in the stands. Both Charles Jackson and David Santos from Klein (Texas) Collins will be in Lincoln this weekend according to their head coach.

"That's the plan," Head Coach Drew Santos said. "We actually play tomorrow night (Thursday) and I heard that they were taking off after the game at 1:00 in the morning or something to make the drive up there."

Coach Svoboda and Collins High School are having a terrific season. They are off to a perfect start through eight games.

"Things are going great with the season so far. We are 8-0 and we're ranked somewhere up there, but there is still a lot of work to do and we have to stay at it."

Santos committed to Nebraska back on July 31st. Santos was named to the Offense-Defense All-Star game. He is listed as the 44th outside linebacker in the nation and is a three-star prospect. Santos projects to play inside at Nebraska.

Jackson is a four-star prospect and is listed as the 15th best cornerback in the nation. Jackson has claimed that his favorites are Oklahoma, Arkansas and Nebraska. The Huskers will be his third official visit after having visited the other two teams on his short list.
