"I am at the airport," Sade said. "The weekend was great. We won our first round playoff game, but I also had a great weekend in Lincoln. I had a really good time."
Sade got into Lincoln on Friday and spent a lot of time getting to know the people that are associated with the program. He was also able to talk with the people related to his field of study in Lincoln as well.
"The weekend went well. I met with a bunch of people, coaches, professors and players all weekend. I liked it. Friday was more about me looking around, the team walk through with the team and then he watched film a little bit.
"I met with the professors on Friday too. It was interesting. I got to talk to them about the academics at Nebraska. That was really good to get a chance to do."
Later that day Sade and the team were back at the hotel. They then went to the team dinner and went to see a movie together later that night.
"We were back at the team hotel after that then we went to the team dinner. After that we went to see a movie together as a team. That was a really good time too."
Night games are great for fans, but if you are a player you get a little cabin fever in the hotel. Sade though was at the stadium and taking a tour. He was also talking to some more people associated with the team.
"Saturday was a long day. I toured the stadium and saw the academic center. That was nice to see. I talked to Coach Bo Pelini, Tom Osborne and some of other coaches."
After the tour was over it was time for the tunnel walk and the game. Sade said that he and the other recruits were heading out before the players through the tunnel walk when they started yelling his name.
"All of the fans were lined up for the tunnel walk and it was me, Ryan Klachko and Bubba Starling were walking through there before the team and the fans were calling my name. I was really surprised."
The game was a win for Nebraska and Sade said that he enjoyed the game and the game day atmosphere at Nebraska. He just can't wait to be part of it.
"The game was good. It was a good atmosphere. The team played good. I really can't wait to be down there myself and to be part of it."
There were a couple of people that Sade was interested in speaking to and those were the starting kickers. Sade also got a chance to speak with a couple of the other guys associated with special teams.
"I spoke to both Alex Henery and Adi Kunalic and they are both great guys. I also hung out with P.J. Mangieri who is the snapper and Brett Maher who is the holder and will be the punter next year. They are all great guys."
Sade had to leave early this morning so his activities with the team were pretty limited. He said that the one thing he did do was have breakfast with the special teams coordinator before he left.
"I had to catch an early flight out this morning so I just had breakfast with Coach John Papuchis. After that I flew out. I am waiting for my connecting flight right now in Minneapolis."
Sade has been a commitment to Nebraska since the end of June. He committed after he was offered following a kicking camp at Nebraska. The visit solidified his commitment and Sade couldn't name one thing that he would change about the weekend or about Nebraska.
"The weekend was a "10". It really was a great experience. I can't really think of anything that could be better about the visit or about Lincoln. I kind of really loved everything about it."
