Set to see Nebraska

It's going to be a bit of a mad dash through the month of January to see how Nebraska finishes out the class of 2010-2011. The Nebraska staff might be looking for a couple of key spots to fill still, but one is definitely linebacker. Keeon Virgile was one that Nebraska has had their eyes on and he just got done talking to Nebraska minutes ago.

The Nebraska staff might be trying to throw together a good recruiting weekend next weekend. One of the players that will be in will be Miami (Flor.) North Miami Beach linebacker Keeon Virgile.

"I just spoke to them," Virgile said. "I just got done setting up a visit to go to Nebraska. I will be going up next weekend, the 14th."

Virgile is taking the visit to really take it all in. There isn't one thing in particular that he is looking forward to seeing about Nebraska. He's not even curious about the weather. He just wants to take in the whole experience.

"I am real excited to take the visit. I am just looking forward to having a good experience while I am up there. There isn't anything that I need to see, I just want to enjoy myself."

One thing that Virgile is interested in doing while in Lincoln is see how some of the players from Florida like living in Nebraska. He said that there is one in particular that he will seek out next weekend.

"I do want to talk to some of the guys from Florida that is up there to see how they like it. I don't know anyone up there from Florida personally, but I know who Lavonte David is. I want to talk to him."
