Rose loves visit

Michael Rose is an important member of the Nebraska recruiting class. Not only is he a key piece as a linebacker, but he's also helping out in the recruiting department with getting players to look at Nebraska. Rose was in Lincoln tonight for the first time this season, but he expects to be there for the rest of the home games this season.

Michael Rose from Kansas City (Mo.) Rockhurst was one of the many unofficial visitors in attendance tonight in Lincoln. This was Rose's first unofficial visit this season because he missed last weekend.

"I loved it," Rose said. "The atmosphere was just crazy and it was exciting to get up there for a game since I didn't get a chance to go last weekend."

Nebraska went into halftime down to Fresno State. Rose says that Nebraska had no choice but to come back out of the locker room and fight to win the game because of their head coach.

"I don't think that they had a choice. When you have Coach Bo Pelini as your head choice you don't have a choice but to fight through adversity and come back.

"It was just a great testament to him and his coaching staff when it comes to the come back. I have seen how they have approached this season and I wasn't shocked they come back."

Rose said that the halftime and the post game in the locker room stood out to him about the experience. He said that Coach Bo acknowledged that there are some things that need cleaned up.

"Listening to Coach Pelini in the locker room talking about the big plays that they allowed and cleaning them up before the Big 10 conference play starts. I think that we will be fine."

Rose is planning on attending the rest of the home games in Lincoln this season. One of them though is set up to be his official visit.

"I am coming back for Washington and I am going to try and make every home game from here on out. I am set for an official visit for Ohio State weekend."

Rose is going to get a chance to hang out tonight in Lincoln for the first time. He and fellow recruit, Jordan Diggs, are looking forward to the experience.

"This will be my first time staying the night in Lincoln. I am looking forward to hanging out with Jordan and the players tonight."
