It didn't long for junior Daimion Stafford to crack the starting lineup. He actually accomplished it after just one game.

The California junior college product brought fans to their feet against Tennessee Chattanooga, delivering hard hits and collecting five tackles playing a backup role.

On Saturday night against Fresno State, Stafford started the game and didn't see much of the sidelines after. The quickly growing fan favorite on defense collected 11 tackles and had one pass break up in just over 37 minutes of Fresno State offensive possession time.
