Jiles calling Nebraska tomorrow

Nebraska has a good group of official visitors already set to come in next weekend for the Ohio State game. Lots of visitors makes for a lot of possible changes that could take place all the way up to Friday with some of the visitors. One potential visitor says that he might have an issue already. He's planning on talking with his coach and Nebraska assistant coach John Papuchis tomorrow.

Nebraska is looking at a big weekend in Lincoln when they host Ohio State beyond just the game. The Husker staff might be hosting as many as 10 players, but Tyreece Jiles isn't sure if his name will be part of that list now.

"I don't have it set up yet," Jiles said. "It depends on what my coaches say about being able to go. I don't know if I will be able to leave that weekend.

"I don't have a game that week, but we have Saturday practices and Sunday we go out as a team. More than likely for the Nebraska visit I would leave Saturday morning."

Things are going to get bottomed out tomorrow for Jiles and Nebraska. He is planning on calling the Nebraska staff after talking to his staff about which weekend will work for him to take a trip.

"When I call Nebraska tomorrow morning I will more than likely set up a visit. I will see with them and my coaches when it's best to go."

The Nebraska recruiting coordinator seems to be the coach that Jiles speaks to the most. There hasn't been a lot of communication lately though because Jiles phone has been out of commission.

"When I call Nebraska I talk to Coach John Papuchis or Coach J.P. I haven't had a chance to talk to Nebraska a lot because my phone has been broken."

Cape Coral (Flor.) is .500 through their first four games. Jiles thinks that his team is off to a good start and their record could be better if they played like a team in those two losses.

"Our season is going good actually. We are 2-2. We just played our first district game this past week and we won, 35-28.

"We lost some games that we should have won. We played some tough teams, but it wasn't that he couldn't have won."

Jiles has had a huge impact on both sides of the football. The way Jiles season is going he could play offense or defense in college, but he said if he did get a chance to play professional football he would prefer to play defense.

"I have four interceptions, a lot of pass break ups and a lot of tackles. I have been doing good on offense too.

"I have been playing offense the past two years and last year I didn't get the ball as much, but this year I have been getting it a lot.

"I score at least twice a game. Last game I had seven receptions for 130 yards. I like offense, but when I go to college I want to play defense because if I have a chance to play in the league I would want to play defense."
