Iese excited about Nebraska visit

There has been a serious push over the past few home games to bring in a lot of defensive players for Nebraska. This weekend won't be any different. One of the defensive players that will be making his way to Lincoln will be Nate Iese from Sacramento (Calif.) Sheldon. Find out what he is looking forward to seeing the most in Lincoln…

Nate Iese from Sacramento (Calif.) Sheldon High School is one of the more anticipated recruits that will be in Lincoln this weekend. Iesi confirmed that he will be in Lincoln and told Big Red Report what he is looking forward to seeing the most.

"Yes I am," Iese said. "I am looking forward to the game the most, pretty much. I want to see the game and see the crowd."

Iesi has heard a lot of stories about what to expect on his trip. One of his high school coaches saw a game in Lincoln some time ago and has told Iesi what to anticipate on his visit.

"My coach told me about his time going there 15 years ago so I can only imagine what it's like to see a game there now."

The unfortunate situation about the weekend for Iesi is when he has to fly out and missing Thanksgiving with his family. He knows another official visitor though personally and is looking forward to Thanksgiving with the team in Lincoln.

"I am actually traveling by myself this weekend, but Marcus Rios from Elk Grove is going and I know him. I am really good friends with him.

"We ran out of options for me to fly out and get there so I am actually flying to Nebraska on Thanksgiving morning. I am sure that I will eat well."
