Huskers stopping by to see Gray

Nebraska was supposed to host a seventh visitor but a death in the family prevented Lauderdale Lakes (Flor.) Boyd H. Anderson cornerback Daniel Gray from making that trip. The Huskers are definitely still in the running for Gray's services and Nebraska will be by this week and he has already rescheduled his trip to Lincoln.

Daniel Gray from Lauderdale Lakes (Flor.) Boyd H. Anderson had to cancel on his trip to Lincoln this past weekend. There was a family matter that prevented him from making the trip.

"I had a death in the family this past weekend," Gray said. "I couldn't make the trip to Nebraska this weekend because of that."

The Nebraska staff will be by to see Gray this week though and he says that he had already rescheduled his visit to go to Lincoln next weekend.

"Nebraska is coming here on Wednesday and I am going there on December 9th for an official visit. Coach Corey Raymond will be here this Wednesday."

Coach Raymond has been the primary recruiter for Gray and he will be in-home with Gray and his family. With all of the recent coaching staff changes taking place Gray is interested in making sure that the Nebraska staff will be together for his time in Lincoln potentially.

"He will be here at my house on Wednesday to talk to me and my family. I want to make sure that he and the staff are going to be there at Nebraska for the next four years."
