Nabity passes up SDSU to walk-on at NU

Elkhorn running back Graham Nabity, a Nebraska Class B All-Stater, has decided to walk-on at Nebraska.

If Nebraska doesn't get a commitment from bigger back targets Imani Cross or Devante Bourque, a at least one walk-on could possibly fill the role.

Elkhorn high school senior Graham Nabity announced on his Facebook page on Thursday night that he would be walking on at Nebraska. The senior passed up an offer from South Dakota State and D2 schools to become a preferred walk-on.

"A lot of things went into my decision, but most importantly that is where God wanted me to be," said Nabity in a message to Big Red Report.

Elkhorn won the Class B State Championship, defeating defending champion Crete. Nabity rushed for 1,532 yards and 24 touchdowns on 239 carries.
