Mejia set see Nebraska

Junior Day in Lincoln is turning out to have some pretty big names that have offers and others that are looking for offers. Nebraska was already hosting one of the top players in the state of Oklahoma this weekend with Brayden Scott from Tahlequah (Okla.) Sequoyah coming in. Add another from Oklahoma to the list.

Blake Mejia, a standout offensive lineman from Tulsa (Okla.) Union confirmed that he would be in Lincoln this weekend. The 6-foot-3 and 280-pound offensive lineman said this will be his first trip of the winter/spring.

"Yep, I am going to Nebraska this weekend (for junior day)", Mejia said. "I am looking forward to seeing the facilities while I am there, particularly the weight room and locker room."

Mejia says that to this point the Nebraska interest in him has been mostly written correspondence. He says that he isn't sure which of the coaches are really even his recruiting coach. Big Red Report will catch up with Mejia and all of the other junior day visitors this coming weekend as soon as possible.
