Will The Huskers Offer?

Joliet (Ill.) Catholic offensive lineman Jim Jadron says Nebraska is the school of his choice. Now all he needs is the scholarship offer.

Jim Jadron, a 6-foot-5, 280-pound, offensive lineman from Joliet (Ill.) Catholic could be one of the biggest sleepers in the Midwest.

A converted tight end, defensive end, Jadron has flourished as an offensive guard.

Jadron shows very good footwork, he has a great "Z" in the knee (stance) and he is athletic.

Jim is also very good at pulling, trapping and gets to the second level (linebackers) with ease.

Jadron's best attribute is his toughness. This is a tough Midwest hard-nosed football that's just plain nasty on the football field.

"Illinois and Ball State have both offered a scholarship." Jadron said.

"Nebraska is my #1 right now. I'd love to play for Nebraska and I like Coach (Jeff) Jamrog a lot.

"Nebraska has a great offensive line tradition. I'm hoping to hear from them (Husker Coaches) by the end of summer.

"Michigan, Notre Dame, Oklahoma and Penn State are my other favorites."
