One of the players that have been on our list of possible visitors for Nebraska spring game is Keith Towbridge. Towbridge, a standout tight end from Toledo (Ohio) Central Catholic planned on visiting Nebraska on April 14th, but has to take the ACT. He's still planning on getting to Nebraska in April though. But when?
The tight end position is critical in the 2012-12 class for Nebraska. The Huskers were set to host a top target at the tight end position for the spring game in Keith Towbridge. As it turns out they will actually host him before the spring game.
"I have my ACT that day," Towbridge said. "I am going to go a couple of days before the test Lincoln to visit. Me and my mom were planning to go that week of the spring game."
Towbridge is a 6-foot-5 and 245-pound tight end from Toledo (Ohio) Central Catholic and he has some things that he wants to see when he is at Nebraska. It all starts with the academics.
"I want to get a better look at the academics of course. I want to see the way that they treat and interact with their players. I want to see and experience the whole college life at Nebraska.
"I would also like to see the surrounding area of the university and get a better look at Lincoln. I just want to get to know the coaching staff better as a whole and see if they can convince my mom and I that they are a good program."
