"Things are going well," Lacy said. "I just got back from the NFTC and I had a chance to visit USC. That was my second visit to USC.
This spring has been about improvement too. Lacy says that he's been working hard in all areas. He says that he and his team's weight coach have been spending a lot of time together working out.
"I am mostly just trying to get overall better; bigger, faster and stronger. I am also trying to work on my flexibility. It's not bad, but it can always get better.
"I am working hard with our strength coach on the over the head squat which loosens up your hips and you ankles. We have gladiator Friday and go in and lift together. We have a good weight coach."
There are some more plans coming down the pipe money and time permitting. The other two trips that Lacy is talking about taking might be expensive and could be left for an official visit. Cost for an unofficial visit doesn't mean that a school will get an official visit necessarily though.
"Those two teams would be trips that I would consider for official visits. I haven't set up or really decided on any official visits yet."
Lacy is rated a four star prospect and is the 15th offensive tackle in the nation according to Scout.com.
