Not coming for Big Red Weekend?

One of the more exciting players in the Midlands region is Emporia (Kans.) wide receiver/defensive back Jerel Morrow. Morrow just has natural play-making ability on both side of the football and has very good speed. Nebraska offered Morrow and he was trying to get up to Lincoln this weekend for Big Red Weekend. Find out why he won't be in Lincoln this Saturday.

Nebraska fans are going to be disappointed and then excited to hear why Jerel Morrow will not be in Lincoln this weekend. Morrow, a 6-foot-1 and 180-pound wide receiver/defensive back was trying to get up to Big Red Weekend on June 16th, but told Big Red Report that he would be in Lincoln around that time just wasn't sure if it would be Saturday or not.

Morrow is actually in Lincoln now for his second unofficial visit instead of this Saturday. Morrow was in Lincoln for the opening of spring practices and was trying to make it for the spring game, but weather and other scheduling conflict kept him from making the trip.

Morrow recently narrowed his list down to a top three which included Nebraska as well as Kansas State and Oklahoma State. Morrow is a three-star recruit according to Scout.com and is listed as the No. 61 wide receiver in the nation.

Nebraska received a commitment just yesterday from wide receiver Kevin Gladney from Akron (Ohio) Firestone. If Jerel Morrow is the next commitment for Nebraska then BigRedReport.com will be bringing you the news and the quotes from the player as soon as possible!
