Visiting Nebraska?

One of the most sought after players in Florida is hitting the road a little bit before the start of the season. Lucas Crowley, a highly regarded center from St. Augustine (Flor.) Nease, was going to make a swing through the Midwest next weekend. Now, that trip to see two schools might be in jeopardy.

Lucas Crowley, a three-star recruit and the No. 18 rated offensive center in the nation according to Scout.com might be on his last visit. The standout lineman from St. Augustine (Flor.) Nease checked in with BigRedReport.com while he was in Chapel Hill.

"I have been at North Carolina all day," Crowley said. "I liked everything here. I loved the coaches and I liked it because they really make me feel like I should be there. So everything was great."

The trip to North Carolina was just the first trip that Crowley was supposed to make over a week span. Next weekend Crowley was going to make a trip through the Midwest to see a couple of other schools. Those two visits might be in jeopardy.

"I was supposed to visit Missouri and Nebraska next weekend. If I do make the trip to see Nebraska I would like to probably meet the entire staff and see how comfortable I was there and with the school."

BigRedReport.com will bring you the latest with Crowley regarding whether he will or won't make the trip to Lincoln. Besides holding offers from Nebraska, Missouri and North Carolina he's also holding offers from South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia and Kentucky.
