Hunt sets visit for Sept. 1st

Nebraska will get first crack to impress four-star cornerback Dashon Hunt.

Nebraska will get the first crack to impress Westlake Village high school (CA) cornerback Dashon Hunt. The four-star defensive back informed Big Red Report and Fox Sports NEXT of his visit on Thursday.

"Yes, September 1st," said Hunt in a text message.

A former UCLA commitment, Hunt decommitted from the Bruins in early June. His offer list includes schools like: Boise State, California, Washington, Washington State, Oregon State, Arizona, and Arizona State among others.

In 2011, he finished the year with 60 tackles, five pass deflections, and a fumble recovery for a touchdown. His Warriors' squad opens up the season on Saturday night against Granite Bay high school.

Hunt is currently the nation's No. 21 cornerback.
