The Youngstown (Ohio) Cardinal Mooney linebacker is a recruit that has been very active in trying to pull together a great recruiting class for Nebraska. So, will Love be there this Saturday alongside Josh Banderas and Christian Lacouture?

Courtney Love, a three star recruit and the No. 31 outside linebacker in the 2013 recruiting rankings for, was rumored to be making an unofficial visit to Nebraska this weekend. The Nebraska commitment may want to be, but his father said a visit will have to wait.

"We won't be able to get up there this weekend," Courtney Love, Sr. said. "We are going to be in Lincoln for part of the week of September 28th though. That weekend against Wisconsin will be Courtney's official visit."

The weekend of September 28th works out nicely for Love and taking an official visit. It's Youngstown (Ohio) Cardinal Mooney bye week and there is an opportunity to do a few more things in Lincoln that weekend.

"We want to get up and see a Lincoln (Nebr.) Southwest game. We are going to go and watch Josh Banderas and Christian Lacouture play. Both have been very involved with the recruiting class.

"Also Josh and his family have been just great to everyone with their hospitality and their openness to everyone as part of this class. We really want to show them the support any way we possibly can."

Mr. Love said that Courtney played pretty well individually in his first game of the season against St. Ignatius despite losing the game. Mr. Love said that his son finished the game with around 10 tackles.
