Add UCLA head coach Jim Mora to the list of people impressed with the change in Nebraska quarterback Taylor Martinez's game.

The first-year college head coach and former NFL Division winning head coach says he could see the difference in the junior quarterback.

"I don't know if the word is developing or developed. He was really impressive," said Mora. "A lot has been made about whether or not he could take that next step and all indications are he took it, he took a giant leap. He looked really good. He looked comfortable in the pocket, he looked comfortable outside the pocket. He can run the football. He can do everything well."

Martinez threw for five touchdowns against Southern Miss on Saturday, but hardly used his feet, something Mora knows his squad will have to guard against this Saturday.

Mora also revealed his favorite thing about Martinez as a quarterback.

"The thing I love most about him is his competitive spirit," said the former Atlanta Falcons head coach. "The guy just keeps coming and is a fighter. You really respect that in him."
