Quick Hitter: Pelini on UCLA/Stanford

The Nebraska head coach says he wouldn't want to be UCLA's Jim Mora.

Indianapolis, IN - What will Nebraska head coach and crew be doing Friday night as they wait to play the Big Ten Championship on Saturday evening?

Whatever it is, the Pac-12 football championship will likely be on in the background.

No. 8 Stanford and No. 16 UCLA will square for the second straight week, with a Rose Bowl appearance on the line this time around.

"Not ideal. I wouldn't want to be in Jimmy Mora's (UCLA head coach) shoes," said Nebraska head coach Bo Pelini this week. "That was really odd knowing you could play a team two weeks in a row. His situation was a little bit different because he was already in.

"We talked a little bit about it last week, about what you would do in their shoes, how you would approach it. I don't know if there is a right way or a wrong way. At the end of the day, you want to win the football game. You want to play for the next week. Everybody wants to win as many games as they can. I wouldn't want to be in that situation. That's a difficult one right there."
