Huskers and Cincy are at the top

Dominic Walker admits that he's taking it a little easy right now, but he knows that the work is about to start up again. With the football season behind him Walker says that he is about to set his sights on track.

Dominic Walker from Orlando (Flor.) Evans says that training for track season is just around the corner. The standout receiver is looking to improve on a very solid 400m time.

"I am not training right now," Walker said. "But that is going to start back up pretty soon for track. I am going to run track this spring and do the 400m and the 4x400m. My best 400m time is 49-seconds."

Walker says that recruiting is also keeping him busy. Walker took an official visit to Nebraska back at the end of September and to date that has been his only official visit. That will change this weekend.

"Things are going good. I am planning on making a decision later this month still. I am still open to everyone, but Nebraska and Cincinnati are my top two and there are some other teams.

"I took an official visit to Nebraska already and I am going to take my official visit to Cincinnati this weekend. I talk to Coach Tim Beck and Coach Rich Fisher from Nebraska a lot and Nebraska will be in-home with me this Thursday."
