Three of the top juniors in the South added offers on Tuesday.
Notre Dame watched Norcross (Ga.) practice on Monday and Lorenzo Carter found out he had an offer from the Irish on Tuesday. Carter is a 6-foot-5, 225 pound defensive end and he has 15 offers now. He is the no. 22 ranked defensive end in 2014.
Rashaan Evans had two offers (Auburn and Georgia) when Scout ranked him the no. 6 outside linebacker in 2014, but he now close to 20. The most recent school to offer him is South Carolina. The 6-foot-3, 215 pound junior out of Auburn, Ala. finished the season with 12 sacks.
Ohio State was at Charlotte Catholic (N.C.) on Tuesday and they did not leave before offering four-star running back Elijah Hood. The 6-foot-1, 215 pound junior ran for over 3,200 yards in 2012 and he scored 47 touchdowns. Vanderbilt also visited his school on Monday. He is currently the no. 13 running back in the 2014 class on Scout.
