It was just a little over two weeks ago that Big Red Report ran the story that Ernest Suttles would make No. 20 in the 2013 recruiting class for Nebraska. Now, there is a new offer and a later push by a couple of SEC teams to report. What is the latest?
Ernest Suttles is committed to Nebraska, but that's not stopping a couple of SEC teams from making a run at him. The Tampa (Flor.) Gaither defensive end picked up his newest offer just today.
"Tennessee offered me today," Suttles said. "I picked up their offer and Kentucky had been making a late push, but I don't think that I am going to take any other visits."
Recruiting is a challenge and Suttles is feeling it. The former Iowa State commitment decommitted from Iowa State only to commit to Nebraska late in the process. Still, he says that there was some relief in that and that's why he's not going to be visiting anywhere this weekend.
"No sir, I am good," Suttles said. "I am not visiting anywhere. Sure, there is something to be said about the SEC and Tennessee, but I committed to Nebraska and I am good. I am solid to Nebraska."
