Spartans In Hot Pursuit For Ohio Receiver

Ohio wide receiver Thaddeus Snodgrass has held an offer from Michigan State for several months. However, that has not stopped the Spartans from making sure Snodgrass understands he's a high priority. We get the latest from the 2014 wide receiver.

As the 2013 recruiting class comes to a close, Michigan State has also been making sure members of the 2014 recruiting class receive early attention.

One prospect the Spartans have been after over the past several months is Springfield (Ohio) receiver Thaddeus Snodgrass.

While Snodgrass has visited the Spartans in the past he's looking to make a return trip soon.

"Coach (Harlon) Barnett and Coach (Mark) Dantonio have both been by my school," said Snodgrass. "Both of them have talked about getting me up on campus again this spring for a practice and I'm looking to go up there again."

The Spartans are not the only one showing interest as Ohio State, Georgia Tech and Purdue among others have also stopped by school.
