Set to see Nebraska

The spring game in Lincoln is one of the things that the Nebraska staff can really sell. There aren't many places nationally that will fill the stands like Nebraska will at their spring game this weekend.

Nebraska brought in a good number of recruits the past week and with the spring game this weekend there will be a good group this week too. One of the headliners this weekend will be Dominique Fenstermacher from Phoenix (Ariz.) Mountain Pointe.

"I take off for Nebraska on Friday night," Fenstermacher said. "I come back home on Sunday morning. Really want to see the college atmosphere that Nebraska has, see and the the players and see what it's like behind the scenes in the locker room."

Fentermacher is widely considered one of the best athletes in the nation. At 5-foot-11 and 170-pounds there is talk from schools about playing offense or defense. Fenstermacher believes that Nebraska likes him on defense.

"I think that Nebraska likes me as a cornerback. I haven't really spoken with Nebraska at all about playing offense and the coach that offered me is Coach Terry Joseph. I will play which ever position the coaches want me to play at the next level." "I think on April 20th I go up to Washington. After that I am not sure about any other trips. It's really expensive to get out and make all of these unofficial visits."
