Ragnow impressed by Nebraska

The No. 36 offensive tackle in the nation was in the stands this weekend for Nebraska's spring game. What were Ragnow's thoughts on Nebraska?

Frank Ragnow from Chanhassen (Minn.) was in Lincoln this weekend for the Nebraska spring game. The highly touted offensive tackle, No. 36 tackle and a three-star prospect, came away very impressed with Nebraska's facilities.

"Nebraska is definitely up there for having the coolest facilities I have ever seen," Ragnow said. "Especially the weight room with the cool technology they have on every squat rack that video tapes you and analyzes you. That was insane. And their academic center was really nice."

While watching the game Ragnow got an idea what he could expect being on their offensive line. He thought from what he saw today in the spring game that the Nebraska offense was a good fit for him and his style.

"I believe that Nebraska's offense fits my style. After watching today they really liked to get down field and move in space which I believe fits me."

Ragnow came to Lincoln without an offer and said earlier to BigRedReport.com that talking with the Nebraska coaches about an offer was something he planned to do. He didn't come away with an offer this weekend, but Nebraska is definitely interested in him.

"I talked to both Coach John Garrison and Coach Barney Cotton. They both told me that they want to get up to my school this spring and talk to my coach."

This visit to Nebraska might be the last one that he takes for a while. When he does get ready to make the next one he know where it will be to. "I think that we are going to take a break from any visits for a while, but the next one I will take will be to Northwestern."
