Two more offers for Phillips

Harrison Phillips is quietly putting together a long list of offers. The standout defensive lineman from Omaha (Nebr.) Millard West has just picked up his last two offers over the past couple of days.

Harrison Phillips continues to pick up new offers. The 6-foot-4 and 240-pound defensive lineman from Omaha (Nebr.) Millard West has picked up three new offers since last week with the last two coming in the past two days.

"I picked up an offer from North Dakota State last week," Phillips said. "I spoke with the coach from Harvard last night and he offered me over the phone.

"Today I just got offered by Duke University. The Duke offer brings my offer total to 11."

Being from the state of Nebraska there are those who are wondering when Nebraska will offer. It seems pretty clear that Nebraska wants Phillips to camp first before they potentially offer.

"I haven't spoken to Nebraska lately. The last time I spoke with Nebraska was after I called them the day Coach Barney Cotton was at my school. That was last week."
