"We start our spring practices next week," Saunders said. "I am ready to get back out there. I know that a lot of coaches are going to come in. I have been working on my route running and using my size."
Saunders isn't sure how many offers he's up to anymore after picking up two in the last week or so. He says that he's not in a hurry to make a decision and that he's looking for a combination of a good education and the right offense for him
"I am up to about 15 offers now. Nebraska offered me yesterday and Oklahoma offered me last week. I won't be making a decision anytime soon, but I am looking for a good education and how I can get utilized in the offensive system."
The 6-foot-5 and 240-pound tight end says that he's only been on one unofficial visit so far this year, but that will change this summer. He doesn't know where he will visit this summer or for any of his official visits this fall.
"I went to Texas A&M for their Friday Night Lights. I will be making some trips this summer and I will take official visits in the fall. I don't know where I will be going this summer and I don't know about any official visits yet."
Saunders says that because he has size and can run is what makes him so valuable. Kinkaid actually plays wide receiver for Kinkaid and there are some colleges that like him as a wide receiver, a tight end or both.
"I am athletic and I can run for my size. I actually play wide receiver in our offense. I am actually being recruited to play either wide receiver or tight end by some schools."
The latest offer for Kinkaid is from a school that he might know about the least out of all of the offers that he holds. It's not because he's not interested in Nebraska in fact he says that it's possible he might make a trip to see Nebraska.
"I don't know anything about Nebraska. They are going to come back down and see me when we are practicing. I would like to possibly get up there for a visit."
