"I will be there soon," Gregory said. "I will be there the second week in July. I thought that I could finish this class quicker, but after talking to the professor I can't finish the class until June 21st."
When Gregory gets to Lincoln hew says that there is a good chance he will be able to take some classes at Nebraska this summer. He says that there are actually two sessions of classes that will likely allow for him to take classes.
"I am pretty sure that I am going to be able to take classes when I get there. Nebraska has two, five-week segments in the summer. They want everyone there for the first one, which I can't, but I can get there for the second."
Before Gregory can take a class at Nebraska obviously he has to finish up his current classes and get his associate's degree. After that the other hold-up might be getting all of the paperwork associated with his transfer processed.
"Obviously I still need to get my transcripts looked out, wort come to worst, things might not be ready for me to take classes in the second five-week segment. But, I will be there in time for fall camp."
The classes that Gregory are taking now aren't additional classes for him to get to Lincoln. These classes actually were approved through his junior college for him to pick up his degree from Arizona Western.
"This class actually goes back to count towards my associate degree at Arizona Western. It should be good, they actually OK'd it, then it has to go back to Nebraska. There will be some time for them to look at all of my transcripts before I can really start."
