Stick picks up another offer

Creighton Prep quarterback Easton Stick is on a camp tour this weekend and could pick up multiple offers, after picking up another on Thursday.

After throwing for Nebraska twice last week, Creighton Prep quarterback Easton Stick is now on a college tour, visiting multiple 1-AA schools this week.

On Thursday, after throwing at South Dakota State's camp, the soon to be senior picked up an offer.

"I'm excited. I have good relationships with the coaches up there and they have had a lot of success lately," said Stick. "They are building brand new facilities right now which is cool."

The Jackrabbits join Akron and Northern Colorado as schools to extend a scholarship to the 6-foot-2, 205-pound prospect.

"I will be at North Dakota tomorrow and North Dakota State Saturday," said Stick, who is hopeful for more offers.

"I know that I'm No. 1 on all their boards, so as long as everything goes as planned when I throw, I should walk away with an offers from those schools I would hope."

Stick threw for 2,150 yards and 17 touchdowns, to just three interceptions in 2012. He also rushed for 515 yards and 15 touchdowns. This offseason, he's increased his weight while keeping his speed, and also add velocity to his throws.
