"The ending was crazy!" Corcoran said. "It was a good game overall. The defense really stepped up at the end. They held Northwestern to three points on a critical series.
"What I have really figured out about Nebraska is how much their fans feed their defense. I really like the fan support that they receive and the crowd noise motivates this team."
Between visits to Nebraska there was another trip to see a Big XII school. Corcoran said that it was loud at the Big XII school, but not like it was at Nebraska.
"I went to Iowa State a week ago and that stadium holds about 55,000 and it was loud there, but not like 91,000 at Nebraska. The fans here really got into third and fourth downs with their defense on the field."
Last time in Lincoln Corcoran and his family were a little late and missed the tour. They left town without seeing the football facilities so that was important to see on this trip to Lincoln.
"Yeah, I got a chance to see the facilities on this trip," Corcoran said. "I saw the facilities that they just added and some that are still being built and added.
"I got a chance to look at the pressure pad equipment and the cameras that film you so you can review your form. I saw all of the new equipment that Ndamukong Suh bought for the school as well."
Corcoran's junior season is over. Their final game was last night. He doesn't believe that he will make it back to Lincoln again this season for another unofficial visit.
