Delton visiting Nebraska

Nebraska has a very solid group of 2014 visitors coming in this weekend for the Michigan State game. But the 2015 recruits are impressive as well and this is a player in the 500-mile radius Nebraska will be paying attention to next year.

2015 quarterback recruit Alex Delton will be making an unofficial visit this weekend. The 6-foot-0 and 190-pound Delton will be heading to Lincoln for the first time.

"Yes sir I will be visiting Nebraska this weekend," Delton said. "This will be my first time visiting Nebraska."

Delton is excited about the trip. He wants to experience the game day atmosphere that Nebraska provides as well as get to meet a couple of the coaches that have been recruiting him.

"I just want to see the game atmosphere. I am excited to meet Coach John Garrison and Coach Tim Beck. I've heard a lot about their fans so I am excited to see what they're like."

Delton is holding an offer from Kansas State. This summer at the Kansas State camp he ran a 4.42/40.
