The Nebraska staff isn't pushing Flowers to decommit from USF. They seem to certainly want Flowers to make the best decision and make sure that he knows everything that Nebraska has to offer.
"He just told me about the opportunity that is there for me at Nebraska to play quarterback. He was very honest with us about what I can there at Nebraska."
The Nebraska sales pitch has been that Flowers reminds them a lot of the quarterback that started this season for the Huskers. Flowers saw the resemblance on his official visit as well.
"They have always told me that I remind them a lot of Taylor Martinez. I think that can definitely run their offense. I am a good fit for the quarterback spot there because I can run and throw the ball down-field."
The confusion becomes what is Flowers thinking? After the USF visit and listening to what the head coach from Nebraska has to say Flowers says that this whole process is still something that for him will come down to what he decides is best on signing day.
"I took my visit to South Florida and it felt like home," Flowers said. "Everything is really close and I like that. I am still considering Nebraska because they are really recruiting me hard and they are just being honest with me. I am going to make my final decision come signing day where I am going to go."
