"I just set up and confirmed the visit last night with Nebraska," Hallmon said. "I just spoke with Coach Ross Els for Nebraska. I will be going to visit Lincoln on the 17th."
The standout cornerback from Florida says that taking the trip to Nebraska will be a lot about comfort level. From his home to Lincoln, Nebr. is a long ways away. He needs to feel at home and that people there will be there to take care of him.
"I am going there looking for a place that can compare to home. Leaving Florida is a big step for me and I want my mom to know that I will be O.K. wherever I go."
This visit sets up well for Nebraska because it's not Hallmon's first visit. He's been to see another school in the Midwest before he sees Lincoln and the Huskers have to like having that basis for comparison.
"This is actually my second official visit," Hallmon said. "I took an official visit to Northern Illinois before this, but I don't remember which weekend."
Hallmon said that after Nebraska he doesn't have any other visits planned at this time.
