Nebraska checks in on a 2015 QB

One of the better 2015 quarterbacks in Nebraska's 500-mile radius got a visit from the Huskers on Tuesday.

As Nebraska tries to finish out their 2014 recruiting class, 2015 prospects are getting plenty of attention and love as well. This includes Hays high school (KS) quarterback Alex Delton.

The 6-foot, 190-pound dual-threat weapon has already visited Nebraska once and on Tuesday saw assistant coach Barney Cotton at his school.

Delton has an offer from Kansas State, with plenty of other schools in the Midwest showing interest. The junior feels a Nebraska offer could be coming down the road, but indicated it would likely be after the 2014 National Signing Day.

Delton will not be able to visit Lincoln this weekend for junior day, but hopes to make it to Nebraska again.

Below are newly uploaded game highlights of Delton from the 2013 season.
