Khalil Davis, and his brother Carlos, were in Lincoln this weekend for junior day at Nebraska. The Huskers look like the team to beat and a decision could be coming soon!
Khalil Davis from Blue Springs (Mo.) was in Lincoln this weekend with his brother, Carlos Davis, for Nebraska junior day at Nebraska. The 3-star defensive tackle was excited about how well the experience went.
"I thought is was great!" Khalil Davis said over text. "I felt like I was at home! The coaches assured us that they will get the best out of us! They make sure you're doing the right things! Also I liked how close the players were."
Khalil and Carlos have ties back to Nebraska and many believe that the Huskers lead for the two brothers - Khalil stated as much. The Huskers appear to be their top school and that a commitment could be coming soon.
"Nebraska is both of our number one (school)! We would like to make the decision soon but my mom wants to wait a little bit. Nebraska is where we belong," said Davis.
The 2015 prospect said the only other plans for his brother and he are to attend junior days at Kansas and Kansas State.
