Huskers will host California WR

This wide receiver was excited when he got an offer from Nebraska a little over two weeks ago. The Huskers will definitely get an official visit according to his father, but the visit isn't set yet.

Tony Brown from La Mirada (Calif.) is ready to start his senior year at a different high school than he was at last year. The 6-foot-1 and 170-pound wide receiver also recently picked up an offer from Nebraska and is planning a trip to Lincoln.

"I haven't set it yet," Brown's father said. "We are definitely going to visit. We need to wait a couple more weeks to set up the trip.

"The trip to Nebraska would be an official visit. I want my son to take a real good look and get a good feel on that visit."

There are four other official visit trips that Brown will be able to take. Brown's father went on to say that there are three schools that they are considering for their remaining spots.

"I think Washington State, we are waiting on Colorado and Texas Tech as well. I think that Tech is waiting on some people to sign off on the offer.

Nebraska recently received a commitment from Stone Mountain (Ga.) Stephenson wide receiver NeKyle Lundie. It's believed that the Huskers were always targeting two receivers for the class of 2015.
