Nebraska moving up the ranks

The Huskers climbed in both the AP and Coaches poll this week.

The new college football rankings have come out and Nebraska finds themselves climbing in the polls after a 55-7 win over Flordia Atlantic

Nebraska moved up to No. 18 in the most recent USA Today Coaches Poll. That is a four-spot climb from the initial preseason poll.

In the Associated Press poll, Nebraska is up to No. 19, right behind (0-1) Wisconsin, who lost their opening game of the season to ranked LSU.

Michigan State is the highest ranked team in both polls from the Big Ten, checking in at No. 6 in the coaches poll and No. 7 in the Associated Press.

Big Ten publisher Josh Harvey ranked the Huskers No. 14 in his poll this week, that will be released early Wednesday morning.
