Richardson sees the fit

S.C. Byrnes high school tight end Tavin Richardson listed his official visit to Nebraska a 10.

It was a long 48 hours for Duncan, S.C., Byrnes High School tight end Tavin Richardson, but the senior left Nebraska with a different perspective than he came in with.

"The trip was great and I would say a "10" because I thought it would be boring,"' said Richardson. "You hear a lot of people talk about it, but when you get there it's a whole different level. They definitely moved up my list."

How far the Huskers moved up his list is still a mystery. The three-star prospect says he doesn't know if he has any favorites at the moment, but could definitely see himself playing for the Huskers.

"I can see myself making good plays and helping their offense succeed," said Richardson. "The coaches told me they can use me the same way they used Quincy [Enunwa] last year."

The 6-foot-3, 210-pound Richardson is the No. 36 tight end in the Class of 2015 by He will take visits to Kentucky, Central Florida, and Louisville in the future.
