Huskers stopping in to see Stanley Morgan

Nebraska has a bye this week which allows for some of the coaches to hit the road and do some recruiting. Stanley Morgan has already taken an official visit to Nebraska and the Huskers will be by to see his game later this week.

Stanley Morgan took his official visit to Nebraska just a couple of weeks ago. The wide receiver from New Orleans (La.) St. Augustine loved the trip to Lincoln and now the Huskers are coming to are coming to Louisiana to see him.

"Yes Nebraska is coming this week," Morgan said. "They are coming to my game this weekend."

Stanley and his team take on New Orleans (La.) Brother Martin for a Saturday afternoon contest. St. Augustine is 3-1 on the season at the moment.

Morgan visited Lincoln for the Big Ten conference opener against Illinois. The Huskers see Morgan sitting in at the big X and he sees himself as a good fit in the offense.

"I like the fit on offense," Morgan said. "They are not selfish. When they can run they will run and when they can pass they will pass. They like me as a "X", but I think that I can play both spots."

Morgan was really blown away by the visit to Lincoln giving the visit an almost perfect score. One of the big reasons why Morgan liked the trip to Lincoln so much was the players on the team.

"I would give the visit about a '9.5' out of '10'. They best part of the visit would just hanging out with all of the players. They were all really cool."

Morgan said that Rich Fisher, the wide receivers coach from Nebraska, will be the coach stopping by to see him.
