Jared Pinkney to take first official visit

Nebraska is still looking for one wide receiver and they added another official visitor at that position today for this weekend. What ties does this recruit already have to the Huskers?

It's the last home game for Nebraska and the Huskers are expecting some solid official visitors this coming weekend. A late edition to the weekend is Jared Pinkney from Norcross (Ga.).

"Yes sir I am going to Nebraska this weekend," Pinkney said. "I am driving there with my family. That should be interesting."

Pinkney is a former high school team mate of current Husker A.J. Bush. Pinkney is looking forward to seeing A.J. as well as this. "I really can't wait to see a game at Nebraska," Pinkney said.

At 6-foot-5 and 225-pounds, Pinkney claims a 4.5/40 time. As a senior Pinkney had 32 receptions for 480 yards averaging 15 yards per catch and scoring three touchdowns. Pinkney's longest touchdown for the year was 86 yards.

Nebraska is looking for a third wide receiver in the class of 2015. The Huskers already have verbal commitments from NeKyle Lundie from Stone Mountain (Ga.) Stephenson and Stanley Morgan from New Orleans (La.) St. Augustine.
