Nebraska fans should probably get to know the name Devine Ozigbo. The 5-foot-11 and 230-pound running back from Sachse (Texas) has been committed to Iowa State since July. Recently though it seems the Nebraska staff has taken notice of the talented runner.
"One of the Nebraska coaches reached out to me over social media," Ozigbo said. "We communicated and just asked me questions. He just wanted to tell me about Nebraska, the offense that they are going to run and how I will fit."
Ozigbo is definitely aware of his commitment to Iowa State and said that an offer from Nebraska hasn't been extended and he wasn't planning an official visit.
Some of the selling points for Nebraska are replacing Ameer Abdullah as well as changing offenses with the new coaching staff. It seems that Nebraska might be looking to get a bit bigger at the running back position, but have great feet and be able to catch passes out of the backfield.
