Nebraska will be hosting very important official visits the last two weekends leading up to signing day. The Huskers will be adding another one to the group next weekend.
Charlotte (N.C.) Olympic defensive end Emmanuel Olenga committed to ECU in December towards the end of the year. Recently though Olenga pulled in an offer from Nebraska and that might be changing some things.
"Yes sir, I will take a visit next weekend to Nebraska," Olenga said over a text message.
Olenga was holding offers from Illinois, NC State, Tennessee, Wake Forest and others before choosing ECU. The 6-foot-5 and 234-pound defensive end says he's looking forward to the official visit.
"I am just looking forward to see how the school is and if Nebraska is a good fit for myself."
The Huskers could use another defensive end in the class given the recent decommitment of Reuben Jones and the pending official visit of current commitment DaiShon Neal to Oregon next weekend.
