Huskers host top 2017 QB

To put it mildly Tyler Lytle was incredibly impressed with his recent trip to check out Nebraska. When will he get back to check out Nebraska again?

Tyler Lytle from Anaheim (Calif.) Servite was part of a large group of visitors to check out Nebraska earlier this week. The 2017 signal-caller was blown away by what he saw at Nebraska.

"I absolutely loved it there," Lytle said. "From the facilities to the staff; everything was top notch. I had great conversations with Coach Mike Riley and Coach Todd McShane.

"I actually met Coach Riley at Oregon State last year in Los Angeles and I really liked him a lot then. I also really appreciated the tradition and the fact that they have sold out 340 consecutive games or something like that."

One of the things that recruits say about home game weekends is that they are recognized on campus and around town. Lytle said that while on his visit that he was getting some of those same things happening to him over social media.

"What crazy is that I had Nebraska fans tweeting me to come to Nebraska and that was pretty surreal. You can tell the city of Lincoln and the state of Nebraska is really behind their Huskers. They have everything that I am looking for in a program and a school."

Nebraska made a big impression on Lytle. He wants to make plans to get back to Lincoln for another trip. He says that a game would be an ideal reason to visit.

"Nebraska will definitely be up there as one of my top schools for sure," Lytle said. "No doubt that I will definitely be coming back for another visit. A game would be great.

"I know that my family is willing to get me back there for a game. The game day buzz of a game in Lincoln would be incredible."
