Nebraska has had a nice list of spring time visitors come to Lincoln to see a spring practice. A pair from Watkinsville (Ga.) Oconee County will be in town next weekend. Teammates Jaleel Laguins and Zeb Noland are looking forward to their visit.
"My visit to Nebraska is next weekend," Noland said. "The recruiting attention has been pretty good recently. I don't have an offer. They just want to see me in person."
Noland isn't holding an offer from Nebraska, but he's getting a lot of interest from the Huskers. He says that Nebraska really wants to see his throwing style which will have to wait until the spring evaluation period.
"They really just want to see me and see my throwing style. I can't work out for them right now. But in the spring when they come back to see me work out."
Noland says that there are the typical things that quarterbacks look for in a school, system and team that he is looking for while on his visit next weekend. Noland said that he is also looking forward to meeting all of the coaches.
"You know the usual things that quarterbacks are interested in," Noland said. "I am looking forward to meeting the coaches and see Nebraska. The visit will be great."
Noland may have to wait until the spring to possibly get an offer from Nebraska. Noland has offers from Auburn and Florida currently. He says that he has looked online at what Nebraska has to offer their athletes and he's excited to see Nebraska's facilities up close.
"The facilities at Nebraska look great. They look very impressive. I want to see all of the facilities and I would like to see the town of Lincoln too."
